Revue of the Czech Society for Eighteenth Century Studies
Cornova (ISSN 1804-6983) is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year by the Czech Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies and the Institute of Czech Literature of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
Since its foundation in 2011, Cornova has been an international scholarly journal focusing on 18th-century research, with an emphasis on Central Europe in a broader context. The journal aims to present methodologically sophisticated studies based on original research that engage with current topics in 18th-century scholarship, and to foster theoretical reflection within the Central European context.
Informations for authors
The journal publishes articles in Czech, English, German and French with abstracts in English. Submissions are accepted at cornova@ucl.cas.cz
After acceptance by the editorial board, articles are peer-reviewed in a mutually anonymous procedure by at least two independent experts. More detailed information for authors can be found on the journal's website.
The journal is published in Open Access mode and its content is published under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license. The current issue and the contents of previous editions can be found here.
Cornova is indexed in the international databases Scopus, ERIH plus, DOAJ, Crossref, Humanities International Index, EBSCO.
